Implement and develop the 1st Diversities Plan of the Universitat de València. The 'diversities' project works to reduce the inequalities and obstacles present in the University, which occur due to racial or ethnic origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual development or sexual orientation. The implementation of the 1st Diversity Plan will contribute to achieving an inclusive university, to developing an anti-discrimination policy, to promoting the inclusion of diversity in teaching and research and to guaranteeing institutional commitment to diversity.
 

Promote access to and permanence in the Universitat for disadvantaged groups and promote networking with other universities. Equal access to and permanence in the university for students from disadvantaged groups, such as gypsy or non-EU students, is a challenge that requires specific measures that will be worked on in a network with Valencian public universities, as well as with Spanish and European universities.
