To lead the claim of the Valencian Public Universities for sufficient funding to meet their commitment to society of providing a public service of the highest quality. We must intensify our permanent demands to the Valencian local government, to achieve a financing model for Valencian Public Universities that puts an end once and for all to the underfunding of the Universitat de València and guarantees that we have the necessary resources to carry out our teaching and research functions with excellence, also taking into account the role of our Universitat as a key cultural agent for Valencian society.

To obtain additional income through the calls of the European Funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. To create a specific unit for the economic rationalisation and optimised management of the New Generation EU Funds, and coordinate the different services and structures in order to maximise funding through this procedure.

To draw up annual reports derived from analytical accounting as a tool for transparency and improved decision-making. Implementation of a new accounting information system to update SICUV, with the aim of having fully electronic financial records, and to enhance economic information through the analytical accounting model. The reports will be published regularly in the following financial year, once the annual accounts have been closed, in order to achieve greater transparency, efficiency and efficacy in economic management

To update and improve the model for allocating funds to the centres, departments and institutes. The improvement of the Universitat’s funding will entail an update in the distribution of economic resources to the University Centres, Departments and Institutes, so that they can adequately fulfil their functions, with efficiency in their economic management.
