Create new platforms to provide more information on the status of project implementation. In particular, we propose to collect on a web portal the main infrastructures interventions and investments that affect the quality of life of the university community, in order to provide updated information about the state of implementations of interventions that affect daily life on campus.

Strengthen the transparency portal and communication channels with the university government. We intend to collect in this portal scattered information on procedures and action protocols, so that it is more accessible for the university community and society to identify them. We will also strengthen information on competence in decision-making and design new systems to identify different forms of communication with government structures.

Continue to support the co-governance model. As a governing style based on permanent dialogue, consensus-building and accountability. As a governing in which we believe and for which we placed ourselves at the service of the university community.
