SHORT BIOGRAPHIE

Eva M. LIRA ( Eva.Lira@uv.es ) is PhD in Social Psychology (Univ. of Valencia , 2011), She is License in Psychology (Univ. of Valencia , 2002), member of the Research Unit on Work and Organizational Psychology of the University of Valencia (UIPOT) and the Research Institute on Human Resources, Organizational Development and Work-Life Quality Psychology (IDOCAL).

Her main research line consists of studying of the virtual teams functioning. She is participating in research projects. She has published a number of scientific articles about virtual teams, and the influence of new information technology media in team-work. Eva's research also focuses on Emotional Intelligence (EI), personality, Depression, stress, anxiety, well-being, health and satisfaction at the workplace.
