The Data Protection Delegation offers advice and indications to guarantee proper compliance with the complex personal protection regulations.
If the processing of personal data is related to the public function, consent is not usually necessary for its treatment, but if it exceeds said function, consent is necessary and even a Record of Treatment Activities (RAT). Consent formulas to customize and RAT templates.
If you notice a possible security breach, you must notify lopd@uv.es immediately. In addition, you must know the risk that the University of Valencia has of suffering a security breach.
