When a new biological agent or a potentially contaminated sample is going to be used, the main researcher should fill the form of notification of first use of biological agents and send it to biocomite@uv.es. The Committee will then revise the official communication to the competent authority. 

This form should only be filled the first time that biological agents are used in the groups 1 and 2 in a laboratory.
