L’Oceanogràfic, Valencia’s Oceanographic Park, is part of the City of Arts and Sciences. This complex, located in the old Turia river bed, is made up of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, l’Umbracle, l’Hemisfèric, l’Oceanogràfic and the Museu de les Ciències.
The complex has been designed by the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. The closing ceremony for the 19th European Contest for Young Scientists will be held in the Mar Rojo auditorium in the Oceanographic Park.
