Adrián De la Rosa

Pre-Doctoral Research

I was born in Bucaramanga, Colombia. I studied Physical Education at the University of Santo Tomas. I obtained my postgraduate master’s degree in Physiology at the Faculty of medicine, University of Valencia, in José Viña’s lab, in 2016. After that, I earned my postgraduate degree in physical training in Soccer at the Jaime Isaza Cadavid Colombian Institute, in 2017. Currently, I have started my doctoral thesis, which focuses on the influence of G6PD in glucose-stimulated insulin secretion (GSIS).

I like extreme sports, dancing, running and going out with my friends. I love the beach.
