Gloria Olaso

Gloria Olaso González has a degree in Chemistry and also in Science and Technology of Food. She attained her PhD in Chemistry in 2009 with a thesis entitled “Estudio teórico de procesos fotoinducidos en sistemas biológicos” (Theoretical study of photoinduced processes in biological systems). She has been working as a post-doctoral researcher in Dr Vina’s lab for 8 years. Since 2016 she has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Physiology, University of Valencia and her research is in ketogenic diet as a treatment for neurological disorders.
