The Rector Peset Hall of Residence of the Universitat de València, inaugurated in 1997, is a residence for professors and students which promotes human, cultural and scientific training amongst their collegiate.

It is located in a manor house in the city centre, the Martínez Vallejo (s. XVIII) palace, which accommodated the Escola Normal de Magisteri until 1961. It was later rehabilitated and adapted to its new university function.

During their visit, the youngster will visit the different installations and they will be able to get to know the highlights that are still conserved today. Some examples of this are the canvas of an Arabic Wall (11th century), the Miramar tower (18th century) and the decoration of the main staircase (19th century). We can also contemplate the mural painting “The impossible visit of Juan Peset”, by Damián Flores in 2007 on the occasion of the 10th birthday of the College.
