The University of Valencia and the University of Valencia Science Park Foundation are launching the first edition of the IAtecUV incubation program, an initiative aimed at promoting the transfer of scientific knowledge by supporting and developing business projects linked to the digital sector. This high-tech incubator is establishing itself as a key driver for innovative entrepreneurship in artificial intelligence and digital enabling technologies.

The main objective of the call is clear: to accelerate the transformation of knowledge into real, impactful solutions, promoting the creation and consolidation of companies based on R&D&I. To this end, IAtecUV offers a highly specialized incubation environment in which projects can grow with strategic, technical, and financial support.

A value-added incubation program

Selected projects will have access to an incubation program that combines free training, business mentoring, scientific and technical advice, and exclusive benefits in technological services. Among them, access to reduced rates on the Spanish Supercomputing Network (RES) and the Central Service for Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) at the University of Valencia stands out.

In addition, participants will receive a financial award of up to €4,500, distributed in two categories: a direct prize of €2,000 and a voucher of up to €2,500 in support services, which they can use during their stay on the program.

Who is this opportunity for?

The call is open to business projects, startups, and spin-offs developing solutions in the field of artificial intelligence or enabling digital technologies. Both initiatives that have not yet established a company and those already operating are eligible to apply.

The incubator also seeks to attract research talent with an entrepreneurial vocation. Researchers with high-impact lines of work in the field of AI and THD will find an opportunity here to enter the market with specialized support.

How to participate

The application period will be open until November 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (mainland Spanish time). Applications must be submitted through the University of Valencia's electronic registry, attaching the required documentation: the registration form (Annex II), the declaration of responsibility (Annex III), and a presentation or project deck.
