Analysis of neuronal structural remodeling in real time using mice strains with fluorescent excitatory and inhibitory  interneurons. Confocal and multiphoton analysis of dendritic remodeling, spine density and perisomatic boutons.


Analysis performed in:

  1. ★ Organotypic cultures of the hippocampus or  the prefrontal cortex

  2. ★ Cortical neurons of living adult animals using a cerebral window
