Users who consider that the unit is failing to comply with the commitments stated in the Charter of Services may submit their complaints by means of:

−− Written submission to the Register of the UV, addressed to the Central Service of Experimental Research Support Service Burjassot-Paterna.

In the event of non-compliance, the person responsible for the charter shall report in writing the reasons for non-compliance and the measures taken to remedy it.

Failure to comply with the commitments contained in this letter shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the administration.
