PhD Ana Montesinos García, tenured lecturer in Procedural Law and member of MedArb, has given a conference on “Collective Actions on the Frame of Arbitration” in the International Congress “Collective Action, Arbitration and Mediation.”

The main juridical issues of collective actions were addressed on this congress, which took place at the Universitat de Girona during 27th and 28th September 2018, hosted by Professors Teresa Armenta and Guillermo Ormazábal.
