Professor Carlos Esplugues, full-time university professor of international private law and Head of the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València, gave a conference in the Max Planck Institut for Comparative and International Private Law of Hamburg (Germany) the 1 April 2025.

The conference, given because of the invitation of professor Ralf Michaels, head of the Institute, got successfully developed in the framework of Virtual Workshop Current Research in Private International Law and it was about the topic “Take Domestic Law and Run? The Application of Foreign (Private? State?) Law in Times of Uncertainty”.

After the conference an intense an broad discussion took place with professors from Europe and other places all over the world.
