Professor Elena de Luis has given a lecture at the International Course on Procedural Law organised by the Law and Reason Workshop of the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, the Lima Sur Superior Court of Justice and the School of Criminology of Medellín.

The purpose of the lecture, entitled “Arbitraje, Medio Ambiente y Derechos Humanos: tendencias y desafíos” (Spanish for Arbitration, Environment and Human Rights: trends and challenges), was to examine the usefulness of arbitration as a mechanism for the protection of environmental rights.
