The professor Guillermo Palao takes part in the 5th Ibero-American Network on Intellectual Property Meeting; an academic encounter that has coincide with the 23rd International Seminar on Intellectual Property and which has been sponsored by the University of Federal de Paraná (Brazil), has been broadcast through their Youtube channel.
The event has brought together ten specialist speakers in different areas of intellectual property and industry, from both side of the Atlantic (Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Uruguay).
The intervention of professor Palao has dealt with the problems that are caused in relation with the “international litigation in patent matters in Europe and third countries”, taking into account the jurisprudential important improvements that were recently produced on this matter in the European context.
