The Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar participates in the Seminar of Specialisation in Procedure Law “Argumentación probatoria y proceso como garantía constitucional”, led by the Dr. Alvarado Velloso, from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina), and the Dr. Lorenzo Bujosa Vadell, from the University of Salamanca.
The intervention before a group of Latin-American professionals and researchers was focused on the topic “El modelo de Justicia en España, a la luz de la LO 1/2025: más o menos proceso?, ¿más o menos tutela?”, being a success in the call, the debate and the following proposals of activities to coordinate.
