Ana Montesinos, member of the MedArb Research Group, spent a stay at the University of West Bohemia thanks to the Erasmus+ programme.

Ana Montesinos García, Ramón y Cajal tenure-track 2 lecturer from the Universitat de València and member of the MedArb Research Group, spent a stay at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia last month in Pilsen, Czech Republic, thanks to a grant from the Erasmus+ programme which was offered to her by the Office of the Vice-Principal for International Relations and Cooperation of the Universitat de València.

During her stay, professor Montesinos had the chance to give lectures to the students of the Degree in Law about the different methods of alternative dispute resolution in Europe, subject in which she is an expert.

Consequent to her presence, judge and professor Radka Zahradníková, from the University in Pilsen, has also received an Erasmus+ grant and has paid a visit to València from 9 to 13 May in order to give lectures for the Degree in Law of the Universitat de València about the enforcement of the Directive 2008/52/CE of the European Parliament and advising about certain areas of mediation in civil and business matters in the countries of the European Union, specially Spain and Czech Republic.

The exchange between both universities does not end here. Professor Ana Montesinos will come back to this University in July for the Summer School (11 to 15 July) that the Faculty of Law organises. Intensive courses on Comparative Law will be imparted in this Summer School.
