On 8 October, Carlos Esplugues, invited by the Jipyong Law Office, the second biggest in Korea, gave a seminar under the title "Changing the paradigm: Control of foreign direct investment in strategic sectors on national security grounds".
Around twenty members of the law office attended the event at the central office in Seoul. There was an intense exchange of ideas and points of view about this strategic topic at the end of the event. Professor Gyooho Lee, full university professor in Law of the Faculty of Law in Chung Ang University and collaborator of MedArbValencia research group participated in the seminar.
