Professors Silvia Barona, director of the MedArb excellence research group and Professor Carlos Esplugues, director of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València, have paid a visit during their stay in Korea to PhD Professor Seong Cheon Kim, dean of the Faculty of Law of Chung-Ang Law School, one of the most renowned in that country.
During the interview, in which they were joined by Prof.Gyooho Lee, full university professor of said faculty and member of the MedArb research group, their collaboration and the possible ways to improve it were analysed.
