On the next 26 October, the professors Silvia Barona and Carlos Esplugues will participate in the Scientific Conference that will hold in the Faculty of Law at UCLM.
The conference is called “Resolution methods of controversies in the international trade: ADR and arbitration against the state jurisdiction” and will celebrated this Thursday, 26 October at 1’30 p.m. in the room 13 of the Faculty of Law at the Albacete Campus-University of Castilla-La Mancha. Invited lecturers of the MedArb members:
- Prof. Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar, Professor of Procedural Law, Universitat de València
- Prof. Dr. Carlos Esplugues Mota, Professor of Private International Law.
