
The international seminar will take place on 25th November in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia. New Trends in Collective Redress Litigation.

This international Congress is being held within the framework of the R+D+I projects MINECO DER 2013-44749-R (Mediation, arbitration and jurisdiction in the current paradigm of justice: integration, 'glocalisation', public law and ODR as some of its challenges) and PROMETEO II 2014-081 (ADR and Justice: Globalisation or glocalisation?) and the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice from the University of Valencia.
