The professor Silvia Barona Vilar visits the Ciudad de la Justicia of Valencia with her students of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice. The visit is part of the activities of the subject “Proceso Civil Nuevas tecnologías y retos en la era globalizada”. Her students were able to know the judicial practice for the development and implementation of orality in the Spanish model, the role of the pro-active magistrates in the procedural model and the implementation of civil proceedings in the 21st century.
They were tutored by Isabel Tena Franco, magistrate of the Local Court 11 of Valencia. She showed them how modern civil proceedings are digital, flexible and agile. In addition, the magistrate explained them the different points of view regarding the implementation and adaptation of justice to the real world, which evolves faster than legal regulations.
