Jordi Nieva Fenoll, Professor of Procedural Law, is a lecturer at several foreign universities and has visited the Universitat de València to give a seminar to MUDEJ students.

Prof. Nieva is the author of 15 books and more than 90 scientific articles. Doctor Honoris Causa from the National University of Ucayali (Peru, November 2014) and from the José Carlos Mariátegui University (Peru, October 2015).

The participation of the professor Jordi Nieva in the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València, has provoked interesting debates among students on issues such as the incorporation of technologies in Civil Justice, electronic evidence and the order for payment procedure.
