Next Thursday and Friday, Prof. Gyooho Lee, Professor of Law at Chung-Ang University, one of the most prestigious and important universities in the country, will give two lectures during his stay.
In addition, Prof Lee is a collaborating member of the MedArbValencia Research Group of Excellence, led by Prof. Silvia Barona.
Prof. Lee will speak on Thursday 14 December on "An Overview of the Korean Arbitration Act of 2016 and KCAB International Arbitration Rules of 2016". The conference will take place within the framework of the Legal English workshops - UV - School of Law. University of Valencia, and will be held from 12.30 pm in the Tomás S. Vives Antón Hall of the Criminal Law Department (4th floor) of the Faculty of Law.
On Friday 15, he will give a lecture entitled "Is Article 5 (2) of Berne Convention Applicable to Criminal Cases Relating to Intellectual Property: Judgment Rendered by Korean Supreme Court, Case No. 2015 Do 11550". Both activities are carried out within the framework of the Master in Law, Business and Justice at the University of Valencia and the R&D Project DER2016-74945_R, Psychoanalysis of arbitration: solution or problem in the current paradigm of Justice.
