The DRAC Advanced Training programme awards grants to doctoral and master's degree students who participate in activities organised by the universities that make up the Xarxa Vives, such as courses, seminars or research stays. The amounts granted serve to cover part of the costs of tuition, travel and accommodation. These grants, which are part of the DRAC mobility programme, aim to promote the academic mobility of the student body among the universities of the Xarxa Vives..
Call 2022
Persons who benefit from the grant
Students enrolled in Universitat de València's own centers who are studying for an official university Master's Degree or doctorate.
Deadline for submission of applications
This call for applications has three resolutions with the following deadlines for submission of applications:
- First term: from the day after the publication of the call for applications in the Diari Oficial of the Generalitat Valenciana until May 15, 2022, both inclusive.
- Second term: from May 16, 2022 to September 15, 2022, both inclusive.
- Third term: from September 16, 2022 to January 15, 2023, both inclusive.
Financial endowment
On the one hand, a maximum of 420 € to cover accommodation and registration costs, which in no case include living expenses. On the other hand, the maximum amount for travel expenses is fixed, in accordance with the mobility schedule included in the call for applications.
Activity requirements
The activities must meet the following requirements:
- They must be organized by the universities that are part of the Vives Network or by the Network directly.
- They must involve a displacement of more than 50 kilometers between the university of origin and the destination university.
- They must take place outside the applicant's usual region of residence (non-attendance activities are excluded).
- The activities must not have been carried out at the time the application is submitted.

1. Publication of the bases

- Publication in the DOGV: 18 February 2022.
2. Application for the grant
- Access to the application form in the UV Virtual Office.
- Model of visa for research stays (if applicable).
3. Award of grants
- Resolution of awarding of the DRAC Advanced Training 2022 grants [official board UV].
- Second resolution for the award of the DRAC Advanced Training 2022 [official board UV].
- Document of acceptance of the grant.
- Deadline for presentation: 10 working days from the day of the publication of the award.
4. Justification and payment
- Certificate of attendance to the activity issued by the organizing entity.
- Economic report in standard printout provided by Sedi.
- Invoices or receipts for travel expenses, accommodation and enrollment in the course or activity.
The deadline for the presentation of the supporting documentation are as follows:
- For grants submitted in the first term: 15 September 2022, inclusive.
- For grants submitted in the second deadline: 15 January 2023, inclusive.
- For grants presented in the third term: 15 May 2023, inclusive.
The payment will be made once it has been checked that the supporting documentation is correct.
