Ángeles Solanes Corella is Tenured Lecturer in Legal Philosophy, accredited as full professor, member of the Human Rights University Institute and Vice-Dean of International Relations of the Faculty of Law of Universitat de València. His research addresses topics related to human rights from the perspective of the Spanish law and comparative law, about issues as the multicultural societies, immigration policies, equality, social integration, volunteerism and the third sector, as well as the promotional function of Law and the essential legal concepts. She is author of several books and numerous articles in specialised scientific magazines. She has carried out research stays in international repute centres such as in Paris, Milan, Brussels, Geneva, London, and San Diego, among others.
