I was born on Oct 24th, 1991 in Albaida, Spain. I finished my high school in IES José Segrelles (Albaida) in 2009 and I began my studies in the University of Valencia. I studied Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering and in the 2nd course I began my career as Data Scientist because of the final project: “Analysis of Genetic Algorithms applied on Extreme Learning Machine”, tutored by Dr. Emilio Soria-Olivas and Dr. Joan Vila-Francés; you can download it by clicking here. I got a mark of 9.3 out of 10. This is the moment when I realized how I wanted to do in my life. Since this moment, I spend my free time taking Artificial Intelligent related online courses, competing in Kaggle Competitions and making my own research by digging in the state of the art of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

When I finished my degree, I spent almost a year taking courses and working in the Intelligent Data Analysis Laboratory of the University of Valencia as a volunteer. I began working, with a scholarship, in Dept. of Personality, Assessment and Psychological Treatments, Faculty of Psychology, University of Valencia in May 2014. There, I participated in different technical studies as advance analytics support.

In November 2015 I got an offer for working in a start-up called Quarizmi AdTech as a first employee. I was half Data Scientist half developer. We were developing a tool for automatically generate and mantain Google Adwords campaings.

Some time afterwards, in June 2016, I switched to McKinsey & Company. I am working as a Senior Data Scientist for plenty of clients of different industries around the globe. I worked on Telecommunications, Banking, Pharma and Energy providing solutions that range from product recommendation to image classification and speech recognition using Deep Learning, among others...

In the meantime, I have been studying Master Degree in the UNED: Languages and computing systems. I conducted an extensive research study about Generative Adversarial Networks form my master capstone project for which I received a mark of 10 out of 10: "An Empirical Study about the use of Generative Adversarial Networks for Text Generation"; you can download it by clicking here: thesis, slides.
