• Member of the Committee for the Habilitation of Professors of Social Sciences appointed by the National Agency for Accreditation and Assessment of Universities. (2007-   )
• Coordinator of the R&D Program for Social Sciences at the Office of Science and technology of the Regional Government of Valencian Community. (2002- 2005).
• Member of the National Committee to evaluate and select the projects to be granted in the National Program of R&D established by the Ministry of Education (2008-2009)

• Member of National Committees appointed by the Portuguese Ministry of Education to select professors and associate professors of Psychology for the Higher Institute for Work and Organizational Sciences. Lisbon (2004- to date)
• Advisor in the selection of professors of psychology in several European Universities such as Sheffield University, Manchester University, Nottigham University, University of Leiden;
• Peer reviewer of research projects for several national Agencies for Research Project evaluation such as the Italian Agency the Austrian Agency, the European Science Foundation and the European Research Agency.
• Member of more than 70 PhD committees in most of the Spanish Universities. Also member of PhD Committees of the following european or Iberoamerican Universites: University of Lisbon, University of Tilburg, University of Buenos Aires, University of Lieja, and University of Groningen.
