Presentation

This meeting will take place at the Seminar Room of the Theoretical Physics Department of the University of Valencia. It is intended to bring together researchers with common interests on quantum properties of gravity, the geometric structure of space-time, and cosmology who collaborate with the host group. Fundamental questions about the geometric foundations of gravitation, the role of quantized fields in curved space-times, cosmological and astrophysical signatures of gravity within and beyond General Relativity, and recent developments on other topics, will be reviewed in a series of talks and also in group discussions.

Since interactions and collaborations are the main purpose of this meeting, there will be plenty of time for group discussions and just a few talks per day. Blackboard talks are encouraged to stimulate interactions. In this second edition, student seminars will be welcome.

On Friday 14th, there will be a private session to set up the research priorities of the group for the coming year 2019.

This meeting is organized by the Quantum Black Holes, Supergravity and Cosmology group at the Department of Theoretical Physics & IFIC of the University of Valencia & CSIC, Spain.
