CoCoNuT Meeting 2016

University of Valencia (Spain), December 14-16, 2016

How to reach the University of Valencia - Burjassot Campus:

The conference venue ("Salon de Grados") is located at the Physics Faculty (C building) of the University of Valencia, in the Burjassot Campus.

From the city center, there are two possibilities to get to the Campus:

  • Bus: Take the bus line 63, direction 'V. Andres Estelles' and get off at the last stop. There are bus stops near to the train station ('Calle Xativa') and the NH Center Hotel ('Pius XII - Menendez Pidal' stop). You can check all the bus stops at EMT web page.
  • Metro and tram conection: At 'Turia' station (very close to NH-Center Hotel) or 'Angel Guimera' (close to the city center) take the metro 1 (yellow line, direction Betera/Seminari) or metro 2 (pink line, direction Lliria/Paterna). Change in the 'Empalme' station and take the tram 4 (blue line) direction 'Fira/Mas del Rosari/V. Andres Estelles/L. Llarga-Terramelar'. Get off at 'V. Andres Estelles' stop. The same tickets are valid for both metro and tram. More information about the metro/tram in Valencia at metrovalencia.

From the airport, you can take a taxi directly to the Burjassot campus since it is relatively close (about 10 minutes). Ask the driver to go to the "Universidad de Valencia, Campus de Burjassot". Despite of the short distance, there is no direct metro connection and you should have to go to the city center and back (about 1 hour).

To reach the conference site from the bus and metro stops see the map of the Burjassot Campus . You can also download a map of Valencia with most of the relevant information [PDF].
