These grants are intended to facilitate student mobility so they can participate in supplementary academic activities such as conferences, courses, workshops, or meetings related to their studies. The first application deadline closes on May 28, and the second call will open in June.

The grants are only for students enrolled in official Bachelor degrees or Master´s degrees' at the facilities of the UV. The amount of grants ranges from 30 and 285 euros, depending on the purpose, plus 25 euros per day for activity (maximum for 15 days). This amount is intended to cover part of the costs of tuition, housing, and travel.

The activities must have taken place prior to the application, be educational in nature and related to the student’s studies, and have been carried out outside the student’s home region and the campus.

The application deadlines are divided into two periods:

•  First period: From April 21 to May 28, for the activities carried out between September 12, 2025, and February 28, 2026.
•  Second period: From June 2 to October 6, for the activities carried out between March 1 and September 18, 2026

The Universitat de València's travel grant program is an initiative launched by the Student Affairs Office, which administers the Servei d’Informació i Dinamització d’Estudiants (Sedi).
