1.- SCHEDULE INFORMATION

The Assistance General Register Office, located at Av. Blasco Ibañez, number 13, level 1, opening hours

Morning.- Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Afternoon.- Tuesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays) from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Opening hours. Christmas period 2025-2026

• December 22th and 23th: open during regular hours
• open from 09:00 to 14:00
  • December 2025 29th and 30th
  • January 2026 2nd and 5th
• closed on December 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 31 and January 1, 3, 4 and 6

2.- PROCEDURES

2.2. For the application of the authentic electronic copy of Official Titles, Own Titles or official documents, issued by the University of Valencia. 

2.3. For the processing of the Electronic Certificate. The Registry Assistance Offices of the University of Valencia offer citizens the processing of the ACCV's electronic certificate, without prejudice to the possibility of obtaining it at other User Registration Points (PRU) of the Technology and Electronic Certification Agency of the Valencian Community or any other Certification Authority. 

You can obtain the electronic certificate in any Auxiliary Offices. It is recommended to consult the schedules of each office
