1.- SCHEDULE INFORMATION

 

The Registry Assistance General Office, located at Av. Blasco Ibañez, number 13, level 1, opening hours

 

Morning.- Monday to Friday will be from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.

Afternoon.- Tuesday and Thursday will be from 4.00 to 5.30 pm.

Opening hours from June 1st to September 30th: mornings only from 09:00 to 14:00 hours

Resolution that the month of August is a non-business month.

Note: 13th september, Registry Assistance General Office will be closed 

 

2.- PROCEDURES

 
2.1. ​​For the presentation of documentation or applications, you can request a PRE-APPOINTMENT before going to the General Registry, and you can reserve a day and time. 

2.2. For the application of the authentic electronic copy of Official Titles, Own Titles or official documents, issued by the University of Valencia. 

2.3. For the processing of the Electronic Certificate. The Registry Assistance Offices of the University of Valencia offer citizens the processing of the ACCV's electronic certificate, without prejudice to the possibility of obtaining it at other User Registration Points (PRU) of the Technology and Electronic Certification Agency of the Valencian Community or any other Certification Authority. To process this certificate you can request a  APPOINTMENT.

You can obtain the electronic certificate in any Auxiliary Offices. It is recommended to consult the schedules of each office
