The Employment Forum STEM UV (April 29) connects students with leading companies: booths, recruiters, and job and internship opportunities. Don’t miss out!
The STEM Forum of the Universitat de València will take place on April 29,2026. Numerous leading companies and organizations in the sector will participate, which offers students a particularly valuable opportunity. The participates will be able to visit stands of each company and collaborating organizations, establish direct contact with recruiters and gain firsthand insight into their talent needs. This event allows exploring employment and internships options, expand their professional network, and explore potential career opportunities in the STEM field. The event is a great opportunity to get to know the labor market a little bit closer and to start building future professional life.
As lead-up activities to the STEM Forum, on April 23 will be held an online workshop ¨Stand Out: CV & Interview Skills¨ organized by PowerCo. The session will take place from 2:00pm to 3:00pm and will be led by the Talent Department of PwerCo. The workshop will offer tips on how to make your CV better and how to approach job interviews with greater confidence. Once the registration is completed, the participants will receive the link accessing the online session few days prior, via email.
Later on, on April 27, 2026, will be held a training workshop “Prepare for Your Job Interviews,” organized by UVocupació, will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Salón de Grados of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences (first floor). This activity´s aim is to equip students with practical tools to navigate the job application process and job interviews, and will be taught by Amparo Costa Ferrer and Isabel Gosálvez Cuenca, career counselors from the Universitat de València’s UVocupació Service.
Next, on April 29, 2026, there will be the STEM Forum at the School of Engineering (ETSE). At 1:00pm the institutional visit to the forum will take place, with the participation of a representative from the Office of the President of the University of Valencia, as well as the administrative and dean’s office staff from the institutions associated with the STEM field.
During the event, from 1:00pm to 3:30pm, the students will be able to visit the stands of the participating companies and organizations, located on the first floor in the Àgora ( level 0) of the ETSE. This space will be dedicated to networking among students and companies, allowing them to learn about job and internship opportunities in more dynamic and relaxed environment, with a fideuà tasting and background music.
From 9:00am to 5:00pm The MASTERCLASSES@ETSEUV initiative will take place, a set of masterclasses led by the active professionals and leading companies, with the aim of bringing cutting-edge technology to engineering and data science students at the University of Valencia and to raise awareness of trends and professional profiles of interest in the STEM field.
