María Beneito Durá heard about the Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science thanks to a friend. “I did not know what it was about or its future job opportunities. However, everyone who recommended me to study the degree agreed on the same idea: The world of data grows everyday by leaps and bounds. I decided to take the risk and give a change to this new degree,” she said.

“ETSE-UV counts with incredible facilities that make the student’s integration in the university easier. The teaching staff has a vast experience in the field of data. Additionally, they gives us enough tools to get inside the labour market as fully trained data scientists,” explains María.

“The degree in Data Science has a wide range of different but complementary subjects. We can find subjects linked to mathematics, computing, programming and data such as Data Processing,” points out the student.

Thanks to the practices, we can expand and support the knowledges acquired in the theoretical part,” continues María. “The degree in Data Science grants us great numbers of jobs in this globalised world full of data,” she concludes.
