The Congress will be held on the Aula Magna of University historic Building, La Nau (C/ Universitat, 2), on the Valencia city center from 5 to 7 March 2008. (For a zoomable map of Valencia with conference venue and hotels, click this link. To know more).

    In this period, every day at 2pm it will take place a  fireworks (Mascletà) in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Town Square) do the the celebration on city Festival, Las Fallas.

     The old historic General Study building at Universitat Street in València was refurbished in 1999 on the occasion of the 5th centennial of Universitat de València. The origin of these premises is to be found in the houses bought by the City Juries in 1493 in order to set up the General Study, founded in 1499. The building, as we know it today, has been shaped all along five centuries and the actions taken have always placed the emphasis on its role rather than its monumentality. At present, this building is the seat of the Historic Library, although with totally renewed infrastructures for studying and researching. It has also become a cultural venue, but its academic life is well rooted with the maintenance of the conference hall and the Aula Magna. A space for culture in Universitat de València, La Nau offers exhibition facilities on a permanent basis. They are adapted to the features of the projects presented. The Matilde Salvador hall is a multi- purpose room for music events and shows. The Sapiència Chapel sometimes hosts concerts and exhibitions.
