New construction
Construction of a new building, “Pilot Plant for the manufacture and development of medicines”, to perform teaching tasks in the preformulation, development and characterisation of medicines, improving the training that undergraduate and postgraduate Pharmacy students receive and the development and research associated with companies.
The new two floor building stands independent from the Faculty of Pharmacy but is still linked to it through connecting gateways. Its dimensions are almost square in form, 18.00 m x 16.70 m, and it is fitted on the composition axis of the north façade of the Faculty, between the vehicles access ramps to the underground car park.
