New construction
The current West Classroom Building does not meet the educational needs of the faculties of Teacher Training and Social Sciences. Changes in teaching or university degrees necessitate the provision of classrooms offering greater flexibility, with different dimensions and capacities to those currently available.
Consequently, a new classroom building is being built on the Tarongers Campus. The building, situated in alignment with the north an south façades of the current West Classroom Building and next to it, will comprise five floors above ground level and one below ground level. The functional programme basically houses classrooms of varying dimensions and flexible configuration, designed to meet the requirements of the faculties of Teacher Training and Social Sciences.

Preparation of the technical specifications (PPT)
Preparation by the SCA of the table of characteristics annexed to the specific administrative clauses (PCAP) and revision of the PPT
