The dismantling of the partitions of the existing offices as well as of all the existing installations of air conditioning, lighting, low tension, etc. will take place. The current technical floor installations and bejewelling of the old aerial location will be dismantled.

The creation of a mixed modular crystal closing (bling panel, glass) of similar characteristics to the one currently at the building is planned, to be used as an office. Next to it, the construction of a laboratory is expected, which is to be accessed from the main corridor of the floor. Access to a research laboratory will be available from the main corridor of the floor as well as from the new office.

The new spaces will have installations for fire prevention, air conditioning, electrical panels and wiring, lighting, water as well as fixed gas installations for the laboratory equipment, and glass cabinets and extraction systems.
