Registration

Please read the Registration Guidelines carefully before submitting the Registration Form (link can be found at the end of this page).

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee for participants includes admission to all academic sessions, conference materials (abstract book, conference bag, name badge), welcome lecture and refreshments, coffee breaks during the conference, poster session with beer/wine/buffet, sightseeing tour and closing dinner.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome refreshments and closure dinner.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Upon receiving your registration form, the Conference Secretariat will send you a confirmation by e-mail. You will be sent an invoice; conference fees must be paid once you have received this by bank transfer .You will not be officially registered for the conference until the payment has been received.

For bank transfers, please be sure that the remitter pays all the bank-processing costs and the full amount is paid to the recipient’s account; the organisers will not cover any transfer fees.
