Matías is graduated in Psychology (University of Salamanca, 2009), Master in Psychogerontology (University of Valencia, 2011) and PhD in Neuroscience (University of Valencia, 2015). Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral research fellow with a fellowship from the Comunitat Valenciana. Before working in our lab, he was research assistant at the Neuropsychological Assessment Unit of Prof. Juan Luis Sanchez (University of Salamanca). Later he worked for a year in the laboratory of "Transcriptional Control of Neural Plasticity" of Dr. Angel Barco, in the Institute of Neurosciences of Alicante. He got a predoctoral fellowship for Formation of Universitary Staff (FPU) of the Ministry of education to carry out his PhD in Neuroscience, with indication of excellence, at the Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Valencia.
