On 23 and 24 September 2020, the Social·Lab was responsible for organising the First International Congress of Laboratories in Social Sciences.

Due to the pandemic, the congress, which was initially planned to be held at the Faculty of Social Sciences, was held in online mode.

Laboratories from Argentina (Centro de Estadística e Informática Aplicada - FLACSO), Canada (Canadian Hub for Applied and Social Research - CHASR), France (Pact. Laboratoire de sciences sociales) and the United Kingdom (Social Date Science-Lab) participated. As well as the BES-Lab of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the FCS-Lab of the Universidad de Pablo de Olavide.
