On January 15th, the II Seminar on human rights and administrative law will be held at the Law Faculty, coordinated by Clàudia Gimeno.

On Monday, January 15th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Staff Room of the Faculty of Law (E01) will host this seminar coordinated by Clàudia Gimeno Fernández.

The event will feature the following presentations:

• Víctor Bethencourt Rodríguez: Digital human rights: the obstacle of the digital divide.

• Julia Carceller Stella: Rights in teaching the drafting of regulations.

• Clàudia Gimeno Fernández: Resolutions of international Human Rights committees and State financial liability.

• Reyes Marzal Raga: LGTBI+ diversity in Universities. A perspective from Public Law.

• Adrián Palma Ortigosa: Respect for human rights in the design and use of Artificial Intelligence systems.
