On March 27th, Andrés Boix examines the limitations of property rights and the public interest in a new session of the Carmelo Lozano Seminar.

On March 27th, 2024, a new session of the Carmelo Lozano Law School Seminar will be held. This event will feature a presentation by Andrés Boix Palop (Universitat de València) entitled: “Property involves obligations, but not too many: constitutional possibilities for limiting property rights and the public interest”.

The meeting will explore the constitutional framework regarding the social function of property and the legal mechanisms that allow for its limitation in favor of general interest objectives.
