On Thursday, May 25th, 2023, the Rectorate of the Universitat de València (Av. Blasco Ibáñez, 13) will host the "Seminar on Theory and Method of Public Law," focused on the analysis of "Discretion and Deference."
The academic program features the following key speakers:

Marisa Iglesias Vila (UPF Barcelona): Discretion and deference in International Human Rights Courts.

The sessions will include expert commentaries by Jose María Rodríguez de Santiago, Alba Nogueira López, and Carmen Rodilla Martí, moderated by Mercè Darnaculleta Gardella, Rosario Leñero Bohórquez, and Andrés Boix Palop.
