Master's Degree in Mediation, Arbitration and Conflict Management in Private Law
Mr. Juan Mejías Gómez, coordinator of the Valencian section of GEMME (European Group of Magistrates for Mediation) and magistrate of 1st Instance, participated on 3 November in the cycle of meetings with experts of the master's degree, with a talk entitled 'Mediation and effective judicial protection: the justice of the 21st century'.
During his presentation he pointed out the importance of the application of mediation from with and outside the judicial process and reflected on the future impact on ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms) with the forthcoming adoption of the Procedural Efficiency Bill.
