  • Study of the modulation of the AhR pathway. Study of the modulation of the AhR pathway through the identification of endogenous ligands or with the use of nutritional supplements that provide ligands through the diet or that result from the metabolism of the microbiota to improve and treat pathologies.
  • Elucidate the role of the AhR pathway in diseases. To elucidate the role of the AhR pathway in diseases such as cancer, diabetic retinopathy, neonatal sepsis, necrotising enterocolitis, vascular disorders, among others, in order to understand the biological processes involved and find new therapeutic strategies.
