(Job satisfaction and performance among teachers from Valencian Comunity schools). Several studies about relationships between job satisfaction and performance have contributed to make these constructs main elements when analizing organizational behavior. Starting from a non-universitary teachers sample at Valencian Comunity, we have proposed ourselves to contribute to the understanding of this association. Results point out a significative relationship between job satisfaction and performance. Furthermore this relation appears to be reciprocal, thus satisfaction may increase academical performance and, at the same time, perceptions about positive results may improve teachers' satisfaction. |
